My experience at FJ Chalke MG Yeovil could have been better because the sales person Neil was excellent and very easy to deal with but was let down by the service team failing to complete processes properly, e.g. they serviced the car but on the day of pickup I turn the key and first thing that pops up is “car needs servicing”. It then took three attempts to reset the service indicators correctly. It would have taken 2 minutes to check no messages were coming up before handing the car over. Also when updating the software an update was applied but not to all modules leaving incompatible versions on some modules meaning they weren’t talking to each other.
