I was very happy when purchasing the vehicle, but am upset because I CLEARLY SPECIFIED I wanted front & rear parking sensors, & only after trying to park in a tight space a couple of weeks after purchase did I realise my car was not up to the spec I requested. When I went to the dealership with that & other more minor observations, no explanation was given.
I am slightly put off by this.
I'd definitely recommend FJ Chalke MG Yeovil to friends and family because polite staff knew what they were talking about.
my only gripe was going right around the whole buildings to get to the customer parking space, i think this dangerous while there are people working around the garage area and site
I was happy with the service at FJ Chalke MG Yeovil because I was offered concise and expert analysis on the vehicle, my options of payment and all relevant questions around the finance structure as well as the on the vehicle itself vs others they had in stock. Daniel was extremely helpful, supportive and professional in his delivery of what options we had, how it works and showing myself and my partner around the vehicle before taking it for a test drive. I will absolutely be purchasing my future vehicles from FJ Chalke and look forward to dealing with the wonderful team on site.
